Can you give me a prognosis for a man with stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to the bone?
This is not a good place to ask this question because there is a new medicine that comes out every day. This is a well studied cancer and can be treated possibly with good results. It all depends on his health, age and what kind of shape he is in to tolerate the drugs.

I had friend that had prostate cancer, once his cancer spread to his brain it was pretty much over. he lasted a few couple of weeks.

you know, sometimes people with the worst prognosis end up getting better, even though the medical profession has said they are hopeless. i believe that in the end, it is God’s choice, so gather everybody together, and start praying. prayer has worked miracles in many cases, i hope all goes well for your friend. good luck.

This is a very serious situation, but you probably already know that.
Some people end up living far longer than they are diagnosed – has a lot to do with how determined they are to live, and sometimes what lifestyle changes they can make such as eating a seriously restricted diet, taking supplements, exercising seriously, praying medicating – these are all the things people I know did who basically beat unbeatable cancer.
