Hmmm….I guess it should.

is it true that stop masturbating will be harmful to testicles and cause prostate cancer?

No. The only study that’s even close to this shows that men who masturbate or have sex at least 5 times a week have been shown to reduce their chances of prostate cancer by up to 30%. Stopping masturbating won’t cause it, but it doesn’t help either.

can prostate cancer causes death?

It depends on what stage it is in or how much it has spread. Sometimes they can treat it with surgery or chemo/radiation therapy. If you catch it really late, and it has spread, yes it can be fatal.

Does taking multi-vitamins everyday cause prostate cancer?

my hubby take mutivit. everyday and he said he heard in the news this morning that it actually causes prostate cancer…so dont take it every single day…is that true?

that’s stupid. vitamins do little to help and little to harm unless you start taking huge amounts of them, basically they are a waste of money unless you actually have one prescribed to you by a doctor.

How does obesity cause prostate cancer.?

so, i heard obesity could cause prostate cancer. but how so?
please help me.
thank you.
=)

Yes that is correct. Obesity is a major risk factor for prostate cancer. This is because prostate cancer is caused partly by high levels of hormones like testosterone, leptin and insulin. Among obese people, it is found that they have unusually high concentration of leptin and insulin in their bodies.

Obesity is also a major risk factor for breast cancer, endometrial cancer, colon cancer, esophageal and kidney cancers. For more information, please check out http://www.your-cancer-prevention-guide.com/cancer-and-obesity.html

It is true that long-term sexual abstinence may cause prostate cancer?

In most cases, urologists says that sexual abstinence has no negative effects, because the body has the ability to reabsorb the exceeding seminal fluid, and sometimes it is expelled through ‘wet dreams’. Some oriental practitioners even teach us that ejaculation is not good for health and weakens the body, and developed some techniques to avoid ejaculation during sexual stimulation. However, many articles suggests that holding the seminal fluid in the body is unhealthy, and may lead even to cancer prostate. It is true?

I’m not sure it will leads to cancer. But your prostate needs the exercise for sure….

what are the causes of prostate cancer?what are the signs and symptoms?

Prostate cancer is a disease in which cancer develops in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system. Cancer occurs when cells of the prostate mutate and begin to multiply out of control. These cells may spread (metastasize) from the prostate to other parts of the body, especially the bones and lymph nodes. Prostate cancer may cause pain, difficulty in urinating, erectile dysfunction and other symptoms.

Symptoms

Early prostate cancer usually causes no symptoms. Often it is diagnosed during the workup for an elevated PSA noticed during a routine checkup. Sometimes, however, prostate cancer does cause symptoms, often similar to those of diseases such as benign prostatic hypertrophy. These include frequent urination, increased urination at night, difficulty starting and maintaining a steady stream of urine, blood in the urine, and painful urination. Prostate cancer may also cause problems with sexual function, such as difficulty achieving erection or painful ejaculation.

Advanced prostate cancer may cause additional symptoms as the disease spreads to other parts of the body. The most common symptom is bone pain, often in the vertebrae (bones of the spine), pelvis or ribs, from cancer which has spread to these bones. Prostate cancer in the spine can also compress the spinal cord, causing leg weakness and urinary and fecal incontinence.
